Transfer 6 Week 6

Great week!

We had a zone conference with two members from the quorum of the 70. Pretty much just high up Leaders in The Church. And I even had a one on one interview with one of them. His name was Elder Sikahema. Vai Sikahema, and I found out he was a running back in the NFL for I think 3 different teams which is so cool, and if I'm not mistaken he was the first Tongan to play in the NFL. Super awesome guy.

Zone conference was overall super spiritual and super powerful. I felt like we learned a lot so it was just a great day. We talked about the blessings of having a modern day prophet and following their counsel and how it brings blessings. We also talked about the Gospel of Jesus Christ, namely faith in Christ, Repentance, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins, Receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. This Doctrine that Christ himself taught is so essential to our journey in this life and in the next. I feel so blessed to have the knowledge of this gospel and the joy that it brings to so many people.

In other news I found out yesterday that I'm getting transferred and will now be serving in North Salt Lake. That's the furthest south area in our mission. I'm very excited but sad to leave my current ward. They have been so loving and supportive of all missionaries, (but I would like to think of me especially).  I do know my next companion will be Elder Heller and I'm very excited, but sadly it will be his last transfer before he finishes his mission. So hopefully we can help him to go out really strong.

RIP District B

We also went to Buffalo Wild Wings today with our district as a last activity before we all got split into different areas, and we ate a lot of food. It was great and we really enjoyed it. I probably ate about 30 wings. Pretty light day for me. I could probably get down 50 before I started to really feel it. If you didn't know I'm exaggerating about both of those numbers. But we had a good time.

Well I need to go now. But I really love you all, and I'm praying for you. Take care and see you next week
